On April 23, 2018, CBP announced a modification to its entry summary rejection policy via CSMS 18-000301 as it pertains to entries subject to ADD/CVD, to special tariffs imposed under Sections 201 and 301 of the Trade Act of 1974, and to special tariffs imposed under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962.
