Trade Risk ReviewSM is a solution to implement and/or update proper business documentation, and for addressing a variety of legal concerns including regulatory compliance and operational exposures. This service is provided by a select group of attorneys and is recommended for 3PLs, freight forwarders, customs brokers, property brokers and warehouse operators.
Each participating provider offers a unique package of services which may include the following:
- Analysis and review of your business activities
- Document review including terms and conditions of service, bills of lading and warehouse receipts
- Ocean Transportation Intermediary license renewal
- Access to reference documents pertinent to your industry
- Preferred rates for future services

Regulatory defense is a legal service exclusively available to our customs broker, freight forwarder and other intermediary clients through our partnership with Sandler Travis & Rosenberg, P.A. This prepaid legal defense contract provides access to consultation and legal assistance should the following claims arise from any major government agency or department.
- Administrative fines
- Liquidated damages or penalties claim
- License revocation and/or suspension proceeding
- Letters of investigation initiated against you or your company
Upon notification that a fine or penalty has been levied against you or your company, the attorneys will discuss and analyze the case with you and petition the appropriate agency for relief or mitigation on your behalf.

Loss Prevention, Risk Intelligence and Risk Assessment
