Airforwarders Association along with Roanoke Trade and Countryman & McDaniel present the ABCs of Ts and Cs on Thursday, October 26th from 2-3pm EDT.

Learn how properly designed and updated terms and conditions are the foundation for shareholder protection. We will also review the typical minefields in shipper contracts and how to navigate around them without losing the deal.

The rights, remedies, and obligations between customers and logistics providers are determined by contract terms and conditions (Ts and Cs). These terms are imperative for forecasting and appropriately insuring risks. This webinar will provide an overview of typical terms and conditions used by customs brokers, air forwarders, and other transportation intermediaries. Tips will be provided for using proper terms and effectively binding customers to such terms. The increasing trend of negotiated customer contracts will also be discussed.
