Norma Menjivar joined Roanoke’s Long Beach office in 2000. During her time at Roanoke, she has served our west coast customers with various positions in both our Carnet and Bond departments. Norma currently holds the position of Western Division Bond Manager and her areas of responsibility include customs bond underwriting and customer support for local and national accounts. She is also responsible for overseeing operations in the Bond Department, as well as client relations in the Western region of the U.S.

Norma obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University Long Beach and is a licensed insurance broker in the state of California.

I am fortunate to be part of a company that is not only a leader in our industry, but that also listens to our customer’s needs to improve our services and continue to provide them with an efficient and professional experience. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with our customers as well as growing and learning alongside them in our ever changing industry.
