With over 30 years of insurance industry experience, Kathleen Dorman is the Assistant Vice President/Bond Manager for Roanoke (Houston, TX), specializing in customs bonds. She joined the industry in 1985 as Bond Manager for Trade Insurance. Kathleen’s areas of responsibility included underwriting, marketing and customer support for local and national accounts in the area of customs bonds and professional liability insurance.

Kathleen graduated from Texas A&M University with a business degree and is a licensed Property and Casualty agent in the State of Texas.

The most satisfying aspect of my job comes from helping a customer. Customers entrust us with their business, and answering their questions and solving any problems that may arise is my personal responsibility and highest priority.
