Candece Perry is a Senior ATA Carnet Representative at Roanoke. Ms. Perry joined Roanoke in October of 2002 as an Administrative Assistant. In 2004, she moved into the ATA Carnet Department as an ATA Carnet Representative responsible for issuing and printing ATA Carnets. In 2010, Ms. Perry became a bond service representative while still assisting the ATA Carnet department with servicing clients. Candece is now a full time ATA Carnet Representative for the Western division of Roanoke.
