Jennifer Rome plays a vital role in overseeing Roanoke’s bond product line in the U.S. and Canada, providing guidance to regional bond teams and managing FastBond™, an online bond issuance portal for US CBP and CBSA bonds. She ensures smooth interactions with customs brokers and software vendors for a seamless experience.

Before joining Roanoke in 2002, Jennifer worked as a Customs Bond Underwriter at Washington International Insurance Company, gaining experience in underwriting customs bonds and regulatory compliance. Her previous role as a customer service representative at a Chicago insurance agency specializing in customs bonds adds to her diverse expertise in the insurance industry, making her a trusted professional.
