In addition to her leadership role, Shani has served as a facilitator in Humber College’s Commercial Account Management Program (Insurance), where she has helped develop the next generation of insurance professionals. Rui Fernandes – Partner & Transportation and Logistics Group Co Chair,
Rui M. Fernandes is a transportation, insurance, and supply chain lawyer at Gardiner Roberts LLP, who advises domestic and international clients on contracts, risk, regulation, and liability. He is the author of leading transportation law texts, including the annually updated Transportation Law, and serves as president of the Canadian Maritime Law Association. Rui is also a qualified mediator and arbitrator and has appeared before courts and tribunals across Canada.
