The Customs Surety Executive Committee (CSEC) has released an updated version of the eBond Implementation Guide.  ABI software developers should follow this guide when a customs broker wants to electronically transmit its eSTBs to the surety.  We recommend any customs broker clients interested in this method of issuing eSTBs to contact their ABI representative to advise of the interest in this method and find out their status of eBond development.
