Kailyn joined Roanoke Insurance Group in March 2022 as an Account Manager for Canada. She brings in international business and a growing expertise in surety and insurance solutions for the transportation, freight, and customs broker communities. In her role as Account Manager, her knowledge of risk management and commitment to understand the needs of her clients help her to provide excellent customer service while growing the Canadian portfolio and developing long standing relationships with Roanoke’s client base.

Kailyn strives to further her knowledge in the global logistics risk-related business arena and thereby better serve new and existing Roanoke clients across the country. She is a licensed insurance broker in Ontario (RIBO) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, specializing in International Business, from Wilfrid Laurier University. In addition, Kailyn is presently working towards her Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) designation with the Insurance Institute of Canada.
