Janeen Brazier has been the Regional Product Manager for Surety Bonds at Roanoke Insurance Group since 2022, where she manages the bond department, its business portfolio, and the team. Her entrepreneurial background has equipped her with excellent communication skills and a dedication to outstanding customer service, which she applies in meeting client needs and fostering long-term business relationships.

A member of the Illinois Bond Department since 2017, Janeen recently earned her Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation and is a licensed Property & Casualty producer in Illinois. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Northern Illinois University.

Outside of her career, Janeen is dedicated to philanthropy, actively supporting fundraising initiatives for Buckle Up Babes, which supplies car seats to families in need through police stations and hospitals, as well as the Alzheimer’s Foundation. In her free time, she loves hiking, playing pickleball, and traveling with her family and friends.
